Very kind, thoughtful and made explaining my situation easy, no intimidation. The no win no fee specialists highly recommended win or lose.
Really professional and friendly. They took away all the stress and made life very easy for me. Would 100% recommend PSR Solicitors.
The conveyancing of my sister's house was handled efficiently and courteously and then, the claim for the refund of a sum of money relating to the house purchase was also completed swiftly.
PSR’s quotation for my work was competitive and I have other conveyancing work coming up soon but I won’t be shopping around and will go straight to PSR again.
Your insurance company may "sell" your case on to one of the large factory law firms, usually the highest bidder and worst performer (they have to pay for your case as they can't get work any other way). This is why you are bombarded with calls from car accident law firms as soon as you report your accident to your insurers. For a much better service contact a firm of specialist Car Accident claim Solicitors of your own choice.
Department for Transport figures demonstrate there were approximately 160,500 casualties resulting from road traffic accidents in 2018. While this is a large number, including over 1700 fatalities and over 25,000 serious injuries, instances of road traffic accidents are still in general declining from the highs of the 1970's.
Car Accident Injury Claims are a common occurrence. UK roads are now busier than ever creating an environment where road traffic accidents and collisions are common. Thankfully, most car accidents, involve only minor collisions but some, but often those at high speed, can be very serious and and on occasion lead to life-changing injuries for those involved.
If you or a family member are involved in a car accident or any type of road traffic accident, then ensure your health, safety and well being must take priority. Similarly when it comes to making a personal injury claim following a road traffic accident. The predominant part of the claim will surround your personal injuries. These are usually physical injuries, but often victims can suffer from psychological injuries too as a direct result of their experience of the trauma surrounding the accident.
Car Accident Injury Claims are divided into two distinct parts. General damages, which seeks to compensate for the pain, suffering and loss of amenity caused by injuries sustained in the accident, and also special damages which examines any financial loss, or future financial loss that my incur as a direct result of the accident. This can include financial compensation for lost earnings if an injured person cannot return to work, and will obviously cover the damage to any property, including your vehicle.
If your car is damaged then it may require repairing or, depending on the severity of the damage and the age of the car, it may be deemed a write-off. In the first scenario, we can arrange for an engineer to assess the damage and then arrange for the repairs to be undertaken whilst you are provided with a replacement hire vehicle.
If your car is deemed to be a write off we will seek a payment (based on the market valuation) from the insurers of the person at fault.
We can also arrange for you to be provided with a replacement hire vehicle until you are put in funds to purchase another vehicle. This can be of vital importance if you use your vehicle for work.
A No Win No Fee Car Accident Lawyer is a legal specialist who agrees to represent individuals who have been injured in a car accident on a contingency fee basis. After an initial consultation with you to understand what has happened. We will be able to confirm if we can handle your case on a No Win No Fee basis.
Our No Win No fee promise means that our Car Accident Lawyers will not charge you any upfront fees or hourly rates for our legal services. Instead, we will only get paid when we win your case or secure a settlement on your behalf. In the unlikely event we are unsuccessful with your claim, you will not owe us any fees.
No win no fee arrangements are a good option for individuals who have been injured in a car accident and are unable to afford traditional legal fees. They allow you to get expert legal representation without having to pay anything out of pocket. However, it is important to understand that if your case is not clear cut, and for example expert witnesses are required to help prove your claim, then such expenses will typically be deducted from your settlement or judgment if you win your case. If circumstances such as these are required, we will always be completely transparent with you and communicate clearly.
If we work with you on a No Win No fee basis, you will typically enter into a conditional fee agreement with us. This agreement outlines the terms of our representation, including the percentage of your settlement our Car Accident Lawyers will receive as our success fee. The percentage of your financial settlement will usually be based on the stage of the case at which the settlement or judgment is reached, with higher percentages for cases that go to trial.
The benefits are there for all. First and foremost, you do not have to pay any upfront fees or hourly rates for our expertise in settling RTA Claims. This, in itself, can be especially helpful if you are unable to work due to your injuries and do not have the financial resources to pay for legal representation. On our part, we are highly motivated to win your case as that is the only way we get paid, by making sure your case is successful.
PSR Solicitors are known for our professionalism, track-record of success, and commitment to giving excellent service to all those we work with. Our 5-star Google reviews across all of our offices pay testament to this commitment.
We urge all people to choose your Car Accident Lawyer carefully, do not be railroaded into using the choice of your insurance company. Insurance companies like to settle for speed, not to secure the absolute best outcome for the injured party. Our Car Accident Lawyers are highly qualified, and law society accredited personal injury solicitors, so if and when you need expert legal representation, you can count on our record of success, and our reputation in the legal and local communities. You will always have direct access to the solicitor working on your case.

I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and worked as a Personal Injury Specialist throughout my legal career, dealing with high value serious injury cases obtaining both compensation and rehabilitation for my clients. I was a member of APIL (Association Of Personal injury Lawyers) and recognised by the Law Society as being a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor.
After working in various law firms, both small high street firms and a larger practice in Manchester, I saw a gap in the market for a high quality practice that had the same core high street values of being personable and approachable and combining them with the efficiency and professionalism of a larger practice. PSR Solicitors was therefore established in 2009 and since then PSR Solicitors has provided high quality legal services to local clients throughout North Wales and Cheshire.
I live in Chester with my young family and 2 dogs and enjoy regular holidays along the coast of North Wales and Ibiza.
I have recently been asked to join the board of trustees at Platform For Life, a mental health counselling charity in Chester. Good mental health is the foundation of a more fulfilled, happy and healthy life, yet many families struggle to access the help and support they need to achieve it. Platform for Life offers free local counselling and play therapy for families who would otherwise not be able to afford it.

I completed my law degree and legal practice course at Nottingham Law School, before qualifying as a solicitor in 2004. I then worked at a specialist personal injury firm in the East Midlands and a leading regional firm, before joining PSR in 2017.
With PSR I've continued to specialise in acting for Personal Injury claimants and have developed a keen understanding of the procedures and tactics involved in pursuing a claim, as well as the difficulties and concerns faced by people who have suffered as the result of an accident.
Since 2014 I've been proud to help hundreds of people. I've represented the public in all manner of injury claims, including serious orthopaedic injuries, brain damage, and psychological trauma. I was instructed to deal with claims for clients in the aftermath of the Potters Bar rail crash and the Penhallow hotel fire.
In addition, I represent clients in relation to all manner of disputes. I have dealt with professional negligence claims, such as those against solicitors and builders. I have helped clients recover money which is due to them and to dispute invoices which have been sent to them. I have helped business defend claims against them. I have tackled neighbour and boundary disputes.
I live locally to the Colwyn Bay office, and outside of work, I enjoy taking advantage of the coastal and mountain outdoor activities which are available on the doorstep. I'm also heavily involved with an outdoor pursuits charity, which I find an enjoyable and rewarding way of using my free time.

If your case is successfully concluded for under £5,000.00 then you will receive compensation subject to the fixed legal costs as set out below. These fixed legal costs are calculated based on the separate awards for both your tariff and non tariff injuries. If your case is unsuccessful then you will obviously receive no compensation but you will have no legal costs to pay.
Legal costs relating to tariff injuries are fixed and are calculated based upon the level of compensation that your tariff injury qualifies for.
The injury tariff is set by the Government and is shown in the table below.
The figures detailed above are non-negotiable, they are a set tariff which the government has introduced. Compensation awards for soft tissue injuries resulting from a car accident are now approximately only 25% of the value of compensation awards made for accidents before the 1st of June 2021.
Personal injury clients will be sent for a medical examination where the examiner will indicate a likely recovery period. The Medical expert decides and records in his report - the fixed amount of compensation you will receive.
Please note that this only applies to soft tissue injuries following a car accident that occurred after the 1st of June 2021.
Legal costs relating to non tariff injuries are additional to the above fixed costs for tariff injuries are fixed and are calculated based upon the level of compensation that your non tariff injury receives:
Non tariff injury value Costs
Up to £1000.00 £250.00
Between £1000.00 and £2,000.00 £500.00
Between £2000.00 and £3,000.00 £750.00
Between £2,000.00 and £4,000.00 £1000.00
Between £4,000.00 and £5,000.00 £1250.00
If the tariff and non tariff compensation awards exceed £5,000.00 then your case will no longer be subject to the Fixed Legal Costs as outlined above.
Instead, you will receive compensation subject to the agreed deductions as set out in the Conditional Fee Agreement and limited to a total of 25% of the damages you receive. If your case is unsuccessful then you will obviously receive no compensation but you will have no legal costs to pay.
Our costs are inclusive of VAT.
