HR Advisor
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team, based in Chester and providing HR support across the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and wants genuine ownership of the employee experience. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, development, engagement and retention.
This is a broad HR generalist role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is confident managing HR matters independently while supporting the leadership team and mangers across multiple sites.
About You
We're looking for someone who is confident, approachable and commercially minded, with the ability to provide practical HR advice while building strong relationships across the firm.
You'll ideally have:
· Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar.
· Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
· Practical experience managing employee relations cases.
· Experience advising and coaching managers.
· Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple locations.
· Excellent communication and influencing skills.
· Strong organisational and administrative skills.
· The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
· A high level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is a must.
Experience working as a standalone HR professional or within a multi-site environment would be particularly advantageous.

Initially based in our Chester office you will take the lead in supporting the firm in delivering exceptional client care as well as building strong working relationships with the local estate agents.
