I had a back injury due to an incident in work. I contacted PSR after hearing about their efficiency and expert knowledge. They charge a relatively small fee and made the process completely stress free. The only thing I could say that would make the process even better would be to send an email of every letter that they send and enable an online signature service. This would help to reduce the use of paper, and a paper version to be sent only upon request at the start of the claim. This would be especially helpful for contractors, students or people who live between multiple addresses.

How could we improve our service to you? I don't think you have to improve your service, you worked really hard for me. I am so grateful for all that you have done. I will be telling all my friends that you are the best solicitors. I will recommend you.

Recently used PSR Solicitors Ltd to sell our old house and purchase our new one, conveyancing was done through the Ellesmere Port office and I have to say the standard was second to none. We had difficulties with a buyer dropping out , issues with both the next buyer (not them personally) and the property we were purchasing, PSR came through and the move was done. Cannot recommend them enough and will use them again when needed. Also had contact with their office in Shotton and the staff there were also very helpful and friendly.

Psr Solicitors have just completed a house sale for us very thorough from my first conversation with Erin she walked us through the process and kept intouch all the way through the process, they use software called Hoowla so you know exactly where you are in the process to completion so if your busy working you can just login to check if you need to chase anything up estate agents etc or provide any details requested from your buyers I can't recommend Erin and Psr Solicitors highly enough and wouldn't hesitate using there services again from first phone call to completion 9 weeks that says it all for me.

The conveyancing of my sister's house was handled efficiently and courteously and then, the claim for the refund of a sum of money relating to the house purchase was also completed swiftly. PSR solicitors were brilliant for our house move. We are not in the patch of PSR solicitors offices as we live in east Staffordshire, however we used them as we have used them before for a personal injury issue.

I really can’t thank Erin enough for her help. Moving home is one of the most stressful times in your life, but with having such a wonderful solicitor makes it a lot easier. Any documentation was sent promptly and if I ever needed any guidance on how to complete any forms she was more than happy to help. The ability to track the progress of your sale / purchase is an amazing tool, which meant I could see the status at any given time without having to chase. We completed on our sale prior to our purchase, meaning we had to move back in with my mum and Erin was so understanding and did everything in her power to move our purchase along as quickly as possible. I recently used PSR in Wallasey for the first time to handle changes needed to the title on a property I own and have to say their service is excellent and I cannot fault them. Charlene Parker handled the work from my first contact when she provided my quotation, through to completion and she was absolutely superb. I was so impressed with her knowledge and her efficiency throughout the whole process.

The communication from PSR is great, particularly the daily email updates (“Daily Digest”) on the progress of your work and any queries you have are answered so quickly and comprehensively. Most of the conveyancing was handled via email which I found so simple and easy to do. The times I did need to call the office I would almost always be put straight through to Charlene. If she wasn’t available, then she’d return the call very quickly which is something I’m not used to with other conveyancing solicitors, as I’ve found it usually takes a number of calls or emails to get them to reply. I’ve used conveyancing solicitors a number times over the years but have never had the excellent service I received from PSR.

PSR’s quotation for my work was competitive and I have other conveyancing work coming up soon but I won’t be shopping around and will go straight to PSR again.
