PSR solicitors were brilliant for our house move. We are not in the patch of PSR solicitors offices as we live in east Staffordshire, however we used them as we have used them before for a personal injury issue.

It was not only us that was impressed with PSR and Fiona in particular, but both of the estate agents who were involved in our chain. The conveyance went smoothly even though for 6 of the 8 weeks it took us, both my wife and I were in France with limited access to the internet and printers. We cannot praise PSR enough and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move home, regardless of where you live. Good prices and a great service. Well done to Paul and the team at PSR. And a big thank you specifically for Fiona who pushed everything through and kept us updated every step of the way.

Recently used PSR Solicitors Ltd to sell our old house and purchase our new one, conveyancing was done through the Ellesmere Port office and I have to say the standard was second to none. We had difficulties with a buyer dropping out , issues with both the next buyer (not them personally) and the property we were purchasing, PSR came through and the move was done. Cannot recommend them enough and will use them again when needed. Also had contact with their office in Shotton and the staff there were also very helpful and friendly.

I thought the service you provided to me and my son was excellent and very efficient throughout the process. I would like to thank all the staff at the Ellesmere Port office for their help and professionalism.

I had a back injury due to an incident in work. I contacted PSR after hearing about their efficiency and expert knowledge. They charge a relatively small fee and made the process completely stress free. The only thing I could say that would make the process even better would be to send an email of every letter that they send and enable an online signature service. This would help to reduce the use of paper, and a paper version to be sent only upon request at the start of the claim. This would be especially helpful for contractors, students or people who live between multiple addresses.

I find your service to be highly recommendable. May I say that I am more than pleased with the way you have handled my claim for compensation and I would fully recommend your services to anyone.

PSR’s quotation for my work was competitive and I have other conveyancing work coming up soon but I won’t be shopping around and will go straight to PSR again.
