Buying and selling property is a complex process, but it doesn’t have to be a stressful one.
Operating from our Cheshire office, our residential conveyancing experts have over 10 years’ experience in the Northwich market, and we have developed an in-depth understanding of the local area which is invaluable when it comes to negotiating and decision-making. I have dealt with many firms over the years, and this firm has been on another level compared to others. The customer service, knowledge and speedy completion of the sale was much appreciated.
The conveyancing of my sister's house was handled efficiently and courteously and then, the claim for the refund of a sum of money relating to the house purchase was also completed swiftly.
Right from the very first contact with PSR Solicitors I knew I was in safe hands.
Would highly recommend PSR for any conveyancing needed.

A major part of our approach is to remember that buying and selling a house isn’t just a property transaction. We also believe that moving house is an expensive enough process, without having to worry about the cost of your legal advice.
We offer fixed-fee property sale conveyancing from £399 +VAT (and disbursements), as well as a “No Move, No Fee” arrangement, so, if your sale does not complete, there are no fees to pay. We are here to offer you peace of mind, as well as the best legal advice on the market.

Chosen by Cheshire Life as one of the top market towns in the county, Northwich is one of the most attractive locations in the North West.
Situated in the centre of Cheshire, Northwich has all the amenities and attractions you could imagine, as well as being perfectly placed to access everything the rest of the county has to offer, in addition to being less than 45 minutes from both Manchester and Liverpool city centres.
Read more about some of the key things which make Northwich such an attractive location below.
In May 2020, according to Zoopla estimates, the value of the average house in Northwich was £253,602. Detached properties in the area sold at an average of £316,641 over the last year, although we are aware that there have been a number of large detached properties which have sold for significantly more than this over the last few years, with a number commanding over £1 million.
The majority of sales over the past year were of semi-detached houses, which fetched an average price of £187,307. One of the attractive things about Northwich is the range of properties available, with terraced properties also available for around £150,000.
The range and quality of the schools in the Northwich area is exceptional. In addition to The Grange School, one of the top-performing independent schools in the country, the local state school, The County High School, was rated as Outstanding by Ofsted in its most recent inspection. For younger children, there are numerous Good and Outstanding primary schools in the local area as well.

The River Weaver runs through the centre of the village, and the nearby Anderton Boat Lift is one of Cheshire’s top tourist attractions. The area is close to the beautiful National Trust locations Tatton Park and Dunham Massey, and the village is only 15 minutes from the stunning gardens of Arley Hall, famous for its garden and food festivals.
