The conveyancing of my sister's house was handled efficiently and courteously and then, the claim for the refund of a sum of money relating to the house purchase was also completed swiftly.
I have dealt with many firms over the years, and this firm has been on another level compared to others. The customer service, knowledge and speedy completion of the sale was much appreciated.
Right from the very first contact with PSR Solicitors I knew I was in safe hands.
Would highly recommend PSR for any conveyancing needed.
"The best part of my job is when I telephone clients that completion has taken place and they are now proud owners of their new home.
On every sale and purchase, I always take a personal approach to them and put myself in the client's shoes and endeavour to keep everyone updated and act as swiftly as I can as this is the service I would expect to receive.
I enjoy working with the public and meeting new clients and have built up many good relationships with them. A lot of my new instructions are from previous clients, referrals from clients and recommendations by estate agents"

Shotton is a thriving, multicultural town located on the border of England and Wales and situated on the banks of the River Dee.
Once famed for its steel industry, it is now home to the Deeside Enterprise Zone, which covers 2,000 hectares and has the highest concentration of manufacturing jobs in the UK, providing employment for the many English and Welsh people who live nearby. In addition, there are large Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian, Turkish, Russian and Hungarian communities who call Shotton, and the wider area of Deeside, their home.
This multiculturalism can be found in the high street as well, where there are a large number of independent shops and cafes catering for many different tastes.
Deeside, which also includes Queensferry, Connah’s Quay, Ewloe, Hawarden and Garden City, has a large number of primary schools, which cater for all younger children’s needs in the area, including English and Welsh medium schools, religious, voluntary aided and specialist primary schools. Welsh medium secondary education continues at Ysgol Maes Garmon in nearby Mold, but English medium, Catholic and specialist secondary schools are all located within the local area.
Coleg Cambria is one of the highest performing colleges in Wales. It has six sites in North East Wales, the site at Connah’s Quay being one of them, and offers a wide variety of full-time and part-time courses for teenagers and adults. As well as preparing students for university, Coleg Cambria working in partnership with employers in North East Wales provides apprenticeship and training opportunities.
With such a large residential population, Deeside provides numerous green spaces for relaxation. Wepre Park is a very popular country park in Connah’s Quay, having 160 acres for visitors to enjoy. It is home to Ewloe Castle and has a children’s playground, outdoor gym, football pitches and a visitor centre.
The River Dee is still of great importance to the area, these days more for leisure activities rather than industry, although Airbus still transports some of the wings from its factory along the river on a specialised ferry.
