Our client was driving his vehicle to work on Deeside Industrial Estate, Flintshire in June.
The A494 is a three lane carriageway at the accident location; the inside lane being the junction for the Deeside Industrial Estate. The two outer lanes continue towards Chester and Manchester. Whilst driving along his vehicle was hit without warning on the driver’s side by another vehicle, causing his vehicle to spin 180 degrees. The police and ambulance crews arrived promptly and our client was interviewed by the police and ambulance services. It transpired that three vehicles had been involved in the collision.
Following our being instructed to act for the car accident in Deeside, liability was denied by the two insurers acting on behalf of the other two drivers involved. In summary, both defendants blamed each other for the accident and subsequent collision with our client’s vehicle.
The matter was heard at trial in Prestatyn on the 22nd of December. Judgement was obtained for the Claimant from one of the Defendants and the Court awarded the sum of £3,500.00 for the Claimant’s pain, suffering and losses.

Since joining PSR Solicitors in March 2013 I opened and managed our Rhyl office and became head of the Personal Injury department shortly thereafter. I therefore have responsible for managing Person Injury cases throughout the firm. In January 2024 I relocated to our head office in Chester.
I completed both my Law LLB and LPC degrees at Cardiff University, graduating in 2008 and 2009 respectively. Thereafter, I completed my 2-year training contract at a firm based in Cardiff. I was retained by this firm as a Criminal Defence Solicitor until I decided to relocate up to North Wales.
