A client who suffered a tripping accident at work in Prestatyn on the 13 th February has been compensated for his wrist injury.
The full circumstances of the accident were that our client was at work in Prestatyn at a metal storage yard when he was in the process of assisting a colleague who was driving a fork lift truck vehicle. As he was walking backwards in the yard his left heel caught on some cardboard which had been left on the floor causing him to fall backwards. As a result he suffered a fractured left wrist.
