Do I need a Local Property Conveyancer?

Previously, in-person meetings with local conveyancing solicitors were required when initiating property transactions. People had to visit their local solicitor’s office with all the necessary documents. Though this service used to be the only option, that’s not the case anymore.

With PSR Solicitors’ Fast Track conveyancing service, which comes with a handy mobile application, you can get instant updates throughout the process; through the app, you can make online payments and sign documents, reducing administrative workload and saving time.

We’re happy to accommodate whichever platform suits you best for point of contact, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams. We can even email documents or send them on WhatsApp if that’s easier for you.

We work on a No Sale, No Fee basis and our prices begin from £399 for sales and £499 for businesses.

Our team of expert Wigan Conveyancing Solicitors can guide you through the process via phone and email, so there’s no need to visit us at one of our offices or hand-deliver any documents.

Today, Wigan is the largest settlement in its borough and serves as its administrative centre, with the historical area transitioning into a cultural quarter. The town is also home to Wigan Athletic Football Club and Wigan Warriors Rugby League Football Club, hosted at The Brick Community Stadium.
