Our client was shopping in a local Aldi store when she slipped on a liquid that had been spilled on the floor and not cleared. As a result of the fall, she suffered an injury to her head and knee which necessitated a visit to Accident and Emergency.

This particular expert was local to our client and specialises in knee injuries thus being the perfect choice of expert in this case. The medical expert provided a prognosis in relation to the head injury and knee injury and our client was happy with the same.

Once our client approved the medical report we then valued her claim with reference to the Judicial College Guidelines.
