We have recently helped a client successfully change the title on a Buy To Let (BTL) property swiftly, following all the conveyancing procedures required.

Mr. SR, an Electrical Operator from Liverpool, reached out to PSR in October 2023 to ask for some help removing his son’s name from his BTL property. This needed to be completed within a short time period, as his son was purchasing his own property. The client believed that if his name wasn’t removed from the house, he would be required to pay a higher rate stamp.
