Our client was driving his vehicle to work on Deeside Industrial Estate, Flintshire in June.
The A494 is a three lane carriageway at the accident location; the inside lane being the junction for the Deeside Industrial Estate. The two outer lanes continue towards Chester and Manchester. Whilst driving along his vehicle was hit without warning on the driver’s side by another vehicle, causing his vehicle to spin 180 degrees.
