I have over 37 years of residential plot experience and have previously worked within an In House Legal Department for a major house builder as a Senior Conveyancer.

 I have dealt with numerous developments from bespoke houses, conversions, city centre apartment schemes, large garden villages and developments with and without management companies together with dealing with part exchange transactions.

 I am known for my attention to detail and my practical approach.  I ensure that all transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard whilst keeping everyone up to date of progress.

 In my spare time I love nothing more than taking my rescue dog, Llyn, for a walk and reading a good book.
