Lasting Power of Attorney After a Difficult Diagnosis

The Legal Challenge

One of the main concerns was how to protect and manage assets that were held solely in the name of the client with the diagnosis.

The couple also wanted clarity on the two different types of LPA – one covering property and financial affairs, and the other health and welfare – and whether both were necessary in their situation.
