Rhyl Injury Claim Experts You Can Trust

PSR Solicitors specialises in providing legal support and services to anyone who has suffered an injury as a result of someone else’s negligence. We have the expertise and experience necessary to help those with the most serious and complex of injuries but are committed to helping anyone who has been hurt in an accident that wasn’t their fault.

We regularly help clients who have suffered serious injuries such as:

Amputation Claims

Where surgical amputation is caused by medical negligence, road traffic accidents and workplace injuries, PSR will ensure access to specialist prosthetics, medical care and home adaptations.

Back & Spinal Injury Claims

Injuries including paralysis and mobility issues are often the result of accidents at work, on the road or falling from a height. PSR Solicitors support clients through life-changing injuries and ensure provision of specialist equipment and rehabilitation services.

Brain Injuries

Head and brain injuries require specialist medical care, rehabilitation and therapies and PSR Solicitors will ensure these can be accessed as swiftly as possible.

Compensation for Broken Bones

Although most of us have experienced a broken bone or fracture at some point in our lives some are worse than others in terms of pain and long-term effects. We will access any support and care our clients need following such an injury.

Fatal accidents

Alongside the trauma of losing a loved one in this way, the financial impact can be equally devastating, so PSR will act quickly to ensure all compensation is in place as soon as possible to alleviate this particular worry.

Multiple injuries

The consequences of sustaining multiple injuries can affect every part of your life including your ability to do your job. PSR work regularly with clients suffering in this way and consistently achieve the full amount of compensation available.

Compensation for Sight Loss

Many of our clients have been fully compensated for eye injuries sustained by beauty treatments, sports injuries, chemical injuries, accidents at work, on the road or in a public place and as the result of physical assault.

Am I Eligible for Injury Compensation?

To be eligible for compensation, the accident for which you are claiming must have occurred within the last three years and been caused fully or in part by someone else.

A compensation award is designed to put right what has happened to you both financially and physically. It is there to ensure you are fully reimbursed for any costs incurred as a result of the accident and to cover any lost earnings both now and in the future. It is also intended to help provide any medical and ongoing support you may require to help you get your life back again.

While your claim is proceeding, we are able to provide any financial support that you may need and can help you arrange a personal injury trust to protect your compensation once it is received.

PSR Solicitors operate on a no win no fee basis so that if your claim is not successful you will not pay any legal fees.

Rhyl

Rhyl and the surrounding areas of Rhuddlan, Abergele, St Asaph and Prestatyn are home to a large population of mainly Welsh people, however it is also home to many English, Polish, Russian, Romanian and Belgian people as well. They are more often than not employed in the retail or leisure industries of this seaside resort which, due to its location at the foot of the Snowdonia mountain range and on the Irish Sea, provides excellent opportunities for hiking, mountain climbing, boating and fishing.

Car accidents are quite prevalent in this area due to the high volumes of traffic in and around the area and difficult visibility on some of the narrower country roads.

Mr H from Rhyl suffered a serious injury when he was involved in a car accident. He was involved in a head on collision on one of the many country lanes surrounding Rhyl causing extensive damage to his vehicle. He not only suffered a serious injury to his neck and back but also sustained soft tissue injuries to his arms and legs and developed tinnitus as a result of trauma to his head.

As with any head-on collision, liability was disputed although we ultimately managed to win the case and obtain compensation for not only all injuries sustained by our client but also for his vehicle damage, loss of earnings and care and assistance. Fortunately, in this instance, the tinnitus was temporary and subsided over time.
