How long will it take to move house?
There are various factors involved in buying a house/selling a house or in commercia property sales and purchases, the least of which is that we often have to deal with other buyers and sellers via their own conveyancer. As such it is very difficult to provide an exact timescale. However, our Case Management System, Hoowla, does provide us with an average timescale of completion, which is currently showing a 12 week timescale from instruction to completion.
Please note that some property sales and purchases are very straight forward whereas others involving unregistered land, leasehold and Help to Buy schemes can take slightly longer as there are other factors involved and other third parties whom we have to correspond with.
As we work on a No Move No Fee basis for residential property purchases and sales, you will not pay our legal fees if the transaction does not proceed (although you will be liable for disbursements which have been incurred). It is our interests to ensure that the transaction moves as smoothly and quickly as possible as our legal fees are not met until the end of the transaction.
We have Conveyancing Solicitors in Wrexham, throughout North Wales and Cheshire and you can contact us safe in the knowledge that one of our expert conveyancers will take care of everything for you.
