About PSR Solicitors
PSR Solicitors was founded in 2009 by Paul Simon Rossiter. Mr Rossiter worked in several types of law firms from a small high street practice to a large Manchester law firm before opening his own legal practice. He saw a large gap between what clients wanted and what law firms provided. That is why PSR Solicitors set out to fill that gap and take care of everything for you.

Personal Injury Service
All of our personal injury solicitors have studied law and trained as a solicitor for 6 years before they are qualified. This means that they are well versed in the law and how it applies to your case.
A lot of personal injury firms now use "lawyers", paralegals, trainees or other non-solicitor employees to process accident claims and this means that they do not have the same skills or experience as our solicitors. They are cheaper to employ but there is a risk that they will lose a case that we will win, or that they will under value your compensation claim meaning that you are out of pocket. It could make a big difference who you instruct to act for you in pursuing your compensation claim and this is why you need to instruct an expert.
Claiming compensation for your injury is just one part of what we do. We help in every way we can, such as providing rehabilitation services and arranging credit hire and repair. We do our best to get your life back on track so that when your case concludes and you receive your settlement cheque you will have been provided with a total service from PSR Solicitors.

The main complaints about conveyancing are the time it takes and also not knowing what is going on. We have therefore decided to use a new case management system which is cloud based and which you can access at any time so you always know what is happening.
