New RTA Claims Portal
The new claims processing scheme designed by the Government is now running smoothly and is dealing with all new low value road traffic accidents (valued at under £10,000).Both solicitors and insurance companies are finding the system beneficial with the process being streamlined so that claims can proceed quicker and with more certainty, but also with costs being kept tightly under control.
This will mean that for the majority of personal injury claimants, their cases will be settled quicker whilst the actual level of compensation they receive will not be affected.
