Law Society calls for David Cameron to talk to them.

David Cameron has expressed a desire to speak with the insurance industry regarding health and safety regulations of personal injury claims.  For some unknown reason he has however decided that he does not wish to speak to the other side of the industry and this is yet again another example of the Government siding with the powerful insurance companies over solicitors and their injured clients.

Health and safety legislation has been responsible for lowering the number of injuries and deaths suffered by employees at the hands of their employers.  Such employees are often in a David and Goliath relationship and it is therefore essential that the Government continue to regulate the employers as nobody else has the power to do so.
